No Refund Policy/Store Credit
We always hope you are satisfied with our products, but if you are not, you can return them for a store credit. This applies to regular priced items only. Our clothing is 100% guaranteed to be free from damage or manufacturer defect upon receipt. If you received a damaged/defective item, from our shop, please contact us immediately, email@example.com, or no later than 7 days of original shipping date.
- To receive in-Store Credit, please contact us first through email only. We must approve your return first. In store credit will not be issued if the buyer doesn't contact us first and receive approval within the 7 days of orignal shipping date.
- Once we've received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then notifiy you on the status of your return after item inspection. If your return is approved, we'll then initiate store credit to your account unless otherwise noted.
- We do NOT issue Refunds
- All CLEARANCE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
- Any return requests after the 7 day return period will not be approved.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with Tags still attached, purchased within 14 days of original purchase date.
- Copy of original packing slip must accompany all returns.
- Lemons & Lavender Boutique reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returns that are received without original receipt or we serve the right to return to sender.
- No items will be accepted for return after 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds are not offered for any gift card purchases.
- Refunds are not offered for any return using an In Store Credit Code
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees
- We DO NOT refund shipping
- Please be aware Lemons & Lavender Boutique is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the postal service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. Once your orders leave our facility and is in the hands of the postal service, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.
- Please note we do offer Express shipping, however, once it leaves our hands we are not responsible for the length of time it takes to reach you.

- Orders typically process and ship within 24 hours or the following business day via USPS Mail. We do not ship on Holidays.
In Store Credit Codes
- In store credit codes CANNOT be conbined with any other discount or ANY other codes.
- We cannot, at this time, refund or credit orders that wish to combine codes.
- For instance, if you are using an In Store Credit Code for a returned item it CANNOT be combined with any Sales or Free shipping offers.
- In Store Credit codes MUST be used within 90 days.
- Creating a Customer Account will make shopping and checkout faster. You will be able to track your orders, save billing and shipping addresses, and more. Simply go to the top of the webpage and select Create Account, each time you place an order just Log in to your account.
- When purchasing an item, select appropriate size and color (if applicable), then click Add to Cart
- Once you've added your items to the shopping cart, check out and complete your purchases
- Checkout requires an email address, billing and shipping information, and method of payment
- We only accept payment in US Dollars
